WARRANTY POLICY, CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW

All reservations must be written (e-mail / WhatsApp ) and must be guaranteed by credit cards.

The credit cards honoured are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Cabal.

This policy does not apply to special, corporate, promotional, agencies rates, etc.

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before arrival to avoid a penalty.

Cancellations within 72 hours before; 100% of total stay will be charged.

Cancellations made on same day or No Show or shortened of stay (pax check in), the total stay will be charged per booked room.
